HH Property Management provides property management at the highest level. Our service is tailor-made and always transparent. We ensure that your property is professionally and competently maintained and cared for in your absence and, most importantly, we keep you constantly informed. Effective communication is one of our core skills.

Whether you have a private beach bungalow or a large ocean front villa, our team will watch over every detail of your home’s continuous maintenance and upkeep. From regular house watching to seasonal maintenance, to repairs and upgrades, and even being your tenant/house guest liaison, no aspect will be overlooked. We are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle any emergency or other urgent matter that may come up.
HOW WE WORK
Here are a few of our most popular Property Management services:
Weekly or Monthly home inspections. Our Property Manager will walk the entire grounds of your property, inspecting it inside and out, ensuring that everything is safe, secure and undamaged. This service includes preventative routine maintenance and both internal and external Housekeeping.
Seasonal System Servicing: It's vital that at the start of every heating and cooling season you have your pipes, A/C, boiler, hot water heater, exterior plumbing, sprinkler system, swimming pools and general equipment inspected and serviced. We manage these services whenever you prefer, or on a set bi-annual schedule.
Summer Commissioning and Winterization: Prior to your arrival for the summer, we'll open up your home for you, turning on the water, uncovering and arranging furniture from storage status and completely get everything ready for your arrival. We'll make sure that all of your cooling and water systems are running as intended, turning your winter house into a summer home that you and your family can be comfortable in. After your departure, we'll make your home ready for winter again by closing all the faucets, turning off the water, draining the pipes, unplugging electronics and storing any furniture you want put away. At any point during the winter, we can reopen the house for you so that all you have to do is arrive and enjoy your time at your villa.
Emergency Preparation and Response: We are available 24-hours a day to prepare for and respond to any emergency, day or night. From power failures to storms and fires to alarms, we'll notify you immediately and keep you constantly informed of everything we are doing to ensure your property remains undamaged and unharmed.

INSPECTIONS
Annual Property Inspections:Â Â We'll provide you with annual, comprehensive inspections of your home and surrounding property to ensure there are no existing problems or pending issues before they get out of hand. We'll also make sure you're up to date with the property and rates, car licences, etc. ensuring that you
avoid unnecessary penalties and fines.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Maintenance Coordination and Supervision:Â When repairs or work need to be done, we know the ins and outs of every contractor and we will always be on-site
when external companies enter your property.
ADMIN
MANAGEMENT
We pay your municipality bills, staff and purchases and in order for you to keep track of everything that is spent. A Drop Box account will be opened in your name.
